MILLBURN, NJ - During Tuesday night's Township Committee meeting, sisters Genevieve and Penelope Brazell, both students at Millburn High School and members of scouting America Troop 19 from St. Rose of Lima Church, took the podium to announce the Voices of Freedom program, that serves as the official kickoff event for the Millburn 250 Celebration Committee.
